RESPECT PROGRAM

Offering Group Groundwork in the Cultivation of Mindfulness

RESPECT is a Mindfulness program designed to potentiate personal and communal wellbeing through in-person group education. 

Practicing Mindfulness offers us the space and time to process and integrate our life experiences. It is a way of interacting with self and others in order to authentically connect and make conscious choices. 

Morgan Kulas, creator of RESPECT, is an experienced Mentor and Teacher who specializes in Yoga, Mindfulness, and Ayurveda. She has an alternative education by choice. With advanced certifications in Mind-Body Therapeutic Techniques, Meditation, and Herbal Medicine, she has taught Mindfulness to Fortune 500 Leadership Teams, U.S. Air Force Religious Affairs Personnel, Veterans, and to individuals and families all over Colorado. 

What makes our Mindfulness program unique, is that we are a team of committed and experienced teachers and therapists who sit on the meditation cushion every day. We share what we’ve learned about the mind with you, so that you can go out and live your life while simultaneously mastering simple and productive tools that alleviate conflict and suffering at work and at home. We are skillful at bridging east and west psychology and aim to share technologies that are useful to you, right away.

Also, we spend our days working with people. Learning what is effective and what isn't. Bridging the gap between ideas and tools for life. We help create comradeship in workplaces and we are effective at supporting those who work in trauma based fields like military and law enforcement with stress management practices, education, and resources. 

 

Our understanding is that all people seek to flourish, feel valued, and contribute in meaningful ways. This is why we make individual Self-Inquiry our primary focus. Healthy Individuals create Healthy Communities.

Our RESPECT program is led and organized by Morgan Kulas and her team of thoughtful facilitators with diverse backgrounds in teaching, social work, and outreach.

The team has experience working with the military, law enforcement, schools, extra-curricular programs, prisons, rehab facilities, private studios and churches.

We work with organizations based on their specific circumstances and requests. We travel internationally as well as hold space at our home base in Edwards, Colorado.

Introductory Programs

Wings of Mindfulness

In this program we facilitate 3 Mindfulness workshops that focus on the cultivation of presence and thoughtful action. This is an introductory group Mindfulness program. 

 

Lab 1:  Settling into Presence 

Lab 2: Transforming Suffering into Wisdom

Lab 3: Fostering Courageous Positivity

In our programs we facilitate mindfulness training through brief lessons and meditation/writing practices. No specific religious ideology is projected as diversity of the group is treated with sensitivity.

Kind Warriors of Mindfulness

In this program we facilitate 6 Mindfulness workshops that focus on the cultivation of presence, emotional intelligence, and thoughtful action. It is an extension of our Wings of Mindfulness program. Laboratories 1, 2, + 3 are the same.

Lab 5: Boundaries and Protection

Lab 6: Freeing the Natural Voice
